Anoraknid Black Spider is happiest on a hillside, eight boots laced, and his iconic green puffer zipped right up. A committed rambler, he’s wandered the world.Besides a suspicious number of spare socks, he travels light. Maps are a bit too 2D for his liking – with his wall-walking abilities, he prefers creating his own routes.Ask Anoraknid his favourite view and he’ll say: “The next one.” (Though don’t mention country stiles. Too many legs. Not enough dignity.)

The line is the median; the shaded band covers the middle half of listings. A wide band means the market disagrees with itself, treat the median as a guide, not a valuation.
