Backpack Bunny is a mathematician. Not the wild-haired, blackboard-scribbling kind – more the quiet genius with a fondness for graph paper equations type.He travels light (essentials only: calculator, notepad, toothbrush) and can often be found measuring leaf symmetry in the park. Bashful Bunny calls it “daydreaming with numbers” – Backpack Bunny insists it’s applied geometry.Ask him his favourite shape, and he’ll blush and say it’s too personal. (But between us? It’s the dodecahedron.)

The line is the median; the shaded band covers the middle half of listings. A wide band means the market disagrees with itself, treat the median as a guide, not a valuation. Hollow points are days with fewer than 4 listings (22 of 34 here), so they move around a lot.
