Backpack Puppy is picnic-ready, twenty-four seven. With gingham napkins, tiny tongs, and a deep devotion to the aesthetic snack, she’s mastered outdoor dining. For her, every patch of grass is a potential tablescape, and she always comes fully prepped with colour-coded crudités and heart-shaped sandwiches. And don’t forget the perfect picnic playlist curated by Bashful Bunny. She’s especially fond of riverside brunches with Amuseables Slice of Pizza – he brings tales of food history, she brings the tiered fruit skewers. They’d love you to join them. Any weekend plans?

The line is the median; the shaded band covers the middle half of listings. A wide band means the market disagrees with itself, treat the median as a guide, not a valuation. Hollow points are days with fewer than 4 listings (3 of 6 here), so they move around a lot.
