Big Spottie T-Rex
large
Big Spottie T-Rex may have the build of a prehistoric powerhouse – but his true talent lies in tranquillity.A certified Guided Meditation Coach (online course, four stars), he specialises in deep belly breathing and mindful tail wiggling. His voice? A low, soothing rumble. His vibe? Unshakeably calm. He’s taught mindfulness to Clyde Capybara, breathing techniques to Bartholomew Bear, and once helped Ricky Rain Frog stay calm in light drizzle. Not easy. So, take a seat, close your eyes, and listen for the thunderous whisper: “Let it goooo…”
