Cecile Chicken runs a second-hand bookshop just off Charing Cross Road, specialising in rare dust jackets and misprinted editions. Her most loyal customer is Audrey Hootsoftly. The two bonded over their mutual appreciation for moth-eaten mystery novels. She wears little glasses and taps the till with precision – but don’t ask about the card payments. She’s firmly old-school (and fax machines still baffle her).Oh, and you can expect handwritten receipts only!

The line is the median; the shaded band covers the middle half of listings. A wide band means the market disagrees with itself, treat the median as a guide, not a valuation. Hollow points are days with fewer than 4 listings (6 of 10 here), so they move around a lot.
