Merry Mouse Skiing might look like the sweetest creature on the slopes – but don’t be fooled by the fluffy ears and woolly jumper. This mouse lives for black runs, backflips, and wild descents. He’s the gnarliest skier on the mountain (just ask Amuseables Snowflake). From powder to off-piste madness, he’s first out the chalet door and last off the slopes. His signature move? A triple squeak somersault. Not officially recognised, but widely respected.

The line is the median; the shaded band covers the middle half of listings. A wide band means the market disagrees with itself, treat the median as a guide, not a valuation. Hollow points are days with fewer than 4 listings (4 of 9 here), so they move around a lot.
